This is a classic case of a business making super profits while in the growth phase of their business cycle.
As there are no competitors in the market they can charge a premium for their product and make abnormal profits.
I don't see how this is going to last much longer as Spookfish look like they will be launching soon and will most likely offer really cheap pricing or free mapping in the beginning to attract customers.
How will NEA's plan to increase revenue by charging more for data usage work if the competitor is offering cheaper pricing.
I also think the US market will be a lot harder to crack than the Australian one as they don't like foreign companies taking over Americanbusiness and jobs and there will be a long period of low revenue.
Does anyone think the new terror alerts will make a company like NEA be shut down or restricted ?
Don't see how the government would want detailed high resolution imagery around of the whole of Australia
