Nice pick up by Kelso if that is the case. A multi million dollar prospect for payment of about $2M in costs...or he could walk away if he wants to.
I wonder if there is a buy back in place for BUY for the Primary Petroleum shares.
Why were the details of the deal never released by ADE?
Primary Resources Ltd was run by Carl Dorsh (CEO), Rod Hollingsworth and Peter Hunt; Directors of ADE. Suddenly there is Primary Petroleum, owned by Kelso, dealing with ADE. They love the name Primary.
Something smelling fishy with this deal?
