i can tell you why more people don't do it.

it is because everyone (that stands to profit from the advice) gives them the advice that rent is 'dead money'...

considering that most of these 'property buyers' can barely read let alone calculate they dont have an idea of the MAGNITUDE of interest that they shell out in first 10 years of the loan (which is exactly how banks like them...affraid and little slow!)

so...they end up ruining it for themselves and for others through bidding up the prices so 'they wouldn't miss out' ...???

if it wasnt tragic it would be hilarious !

an if they are extra slow and buy even more then they 'acquire a spark' (according to some) and start their rise towards 'genious' !
