It's not that. I have explained many times before that at close that ASX uses a complicated mathmatical formula, similar to the one at open, to match up buyers and sellers.
Therefore at 16:10 it is not after market it is called pre open and buyers and sellers are matched by the ASX.
It is not one buyer it is a number of buyers that are being matched with sellers.
It only appears to be one buyer as it does at the open.
Sorry for getting cranky, but it really is Stockmarket 101
