gobs, yeah good point the subprime factor. the announcement of alz/st george 'shared equity' scheme at the height (so far) of subprime fears was not good timing given the perceived similarities. if this perception of risk is valid or not i've NFI to be honest, but something to be aware of. as you say they are shifting their focus to the commercial sector. i hold. cheers.
