That's interesting yttrium. I can recall a science experiment where oxygen and hydrogen were extracted by passing electrical current through water via electrodes. I think Hydrogen formed at one electrode and bubbled up and oxygen at the other.
However Hydrogen is still produced commercially by shooting steam onto charcoal I believe.
Can't keep burning oil. We need it for plastics and lubricants. Gotta get the oil stooges out of the drivers seat.
