Mr Mead is a founding Director of ASX-listed MHM Metals Limited (ASX:MHM) and has been instrumental in taking MHM Metals from a greenfields exploration company into a diversified resource company with operations in the aluminium industry and advanced mineral projects.

Mr Mead’s experience extends to strategic planning and business development, negotiation of contracts, mergers and acquisitions, formation and reorganisation of corporate structures and formation of critical business development plans.
