    taking into account april 2008 exercise date on GRKOA compared with GDYO's january 08 exercise date the GRK oppies are definitely undervalued.

    GDY exercise price 1.50; options 53c.
    GRK exercise price 10c, options 12.5c.

    Clearly the leverage premium on GRK is a lot less than GDY.
