gdy now 1.61, 1.50 oppie due jan 08 ( 7mths) with the option trading at 53c means that out of the 53c 11 c is intrinsic value and 43 c is time value which will reduce to 0c over the next 7 months.
grk now at 21c, 10c oppie due April 08 (10 months) with the option trading at 12.5c means that out of that 12.5c 11 c is intrinsic value and 1.5 c is time value which will reduce to 0c over the next 10 months.
Thats why I bought 200,000 oppies today at 11.5 then 12.5.
If the shares end up at 50c in september the oppies will be worth 40c.
I also bought more fully paids today and the oppies were there as a 10% value ultra leverage kicker.
