Wait for 40-50 cents not sure about that ( i have been wrong about many things in his market eg who would have though RIO would drop from $170 to $30 or WPL $70 to $28 or Oil $150 to $44 a barrel

All I now beleive is the devastating price drop in MCR (90%) is likely to have been completed. i do;t see another 30% more
