yep manipulated, interesting to watch a penny crowded with millions of shares on each line, when the stock starts to pump a couple million will get eaten then like magic the majority of the shares on that line will disappear in a computer algorithms blink of an eye leaving only the poor old retail customers asks high and dry to be chewed up as the algorithm moves on to the next line in the pump or to a lesser degree the dump to repeat over again.
Every day this happens if one watches close enough in real time data.
still I dunno if it is a bad thing, markets need to move, without the money behind the algo's we would all be selling vegie's at the farmers markets instead.
