Bud..good to know you didn't get a weather report. But what you did get from them is info regarding trucking of PASS to Nagambie.

There's a clear contradiction in your above statement.
If the PASS does go to Nagambie mine site then there was an association with Nagambie management. That's obvious.
What's not obvious but may be in question how you maybe aware of such information.
Also if such information is being held back by Nagambie management from the market they may be in breach of ASX and ACCC law regulations.
