What's not obvious but may be in question how you maybe aware of such information.
You'd be aware too if you called EPH - nothing to do with NAG
Wake up and do some old fashioned research man
Also if such information is being held back by Nagambie management from the market they may be in breach of ASX and ACCC law regulations
I'm sure NAG will release any information when it has a PASS contract - that's how it works in the big world
You really are in breach if you release information without a contract but in the meantime please explain why NAG would be withholding any tangible information regarding a PASS contract
