The boom on apis cor is to short to do anything remotely like a normal building.
From memory it is 7.8 meters and the Hadrian X is 30 meters. So a little less than 1/3. But when you consider the boom has to be centered inside the building, and that the Hadrian X could I speculate could be moved around the site so long as the laser target isn't moved the difference mathematically between the two in potential building size really blows out considerably.
