2. Just buy more TZL. In 5 years, make 200fold your current investment and pay only 15% CGT. This 15% should be more than covered by the fx gain by converting back from USD which will have moved from its historical lows against AUD.
Option 1 is a great one IF you can use the profits to buy more TZL and then turn into a dormant investor for a few years.
