An interesting question, was just wondering the same myself..
From a certain point of view (not that I'm saying this is what I believe just at the moment), the market capitalisation is basically at cash level (below even). This means that if there is any positive news at all from the additional analysis then there is potentially an upside from the current value of the drug / platform (currently valued at basically zero).
If not and the directors decide to fold the company, you should either be able to sell at the current cash value, or have it returned to you when they shut up shop?
Just random thoughts at the moment as still absorbing from this mornings little shock.. (I.e. Personal record daily loss)
Objectively it's such a strange result given compassionate use reported benefits etc.
