I would say that they will need every cent of that forty to sixty million. Production until expansion is finished is only expected to be eight tonnes per month at six thousand a tonne that generates very little income. I can't see how anyone is going to hand over the forty to sixty million without the ISO 17025 certificate in place. That is not expected until August. Would be impossible to raise cash at present with a share issue with over a billion shares already in ADY. IMO after demerger a share issue will be needed. Extract out of financial statement "These conditions indicate a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt about consolidated entity's ability to continue as a going concern. The directors have prepared cash flow forcasts". Would suggest it would be a good idea for the company to release this information.
