Buy back a must

It was a real shame to see the Mr Brad Marwood who developed the whole project in the DRC, head down the road.. Here' to him & his vision ..ThankYou
Hopefully the gentleman stepping into those big shoes shares the vision ( of community leader, sensitive to environmental issues ) . As far as I'm concerned as far as strategic initiatives,are concerned "Tiger Fan" pretty much had an excellent summation .
Going forward the one issue I have with the company is the huge amount of shares issued,by such a relatively small company. The number one priority, along with production growth, should be a plan put forward to get a Handel on the" vast sea of shares out there"!
Controlling production costs are a going concern .. for sure, yet I can't seem to find another mid tear with so much stock out there, & it is by far one of my top concerns . A responsible buy back , to a point were we may se perhaps 700,000 shares would be great
