    After buying back 1,359,879 shares at prices as high as $2.30, the company elected to continue with the DRP and subsequently issue 1,064,188 new shares at an issue price of $2.08. The company has spent roughly $2.7m on the buy back, this DRP effectively hands back the company $2.2m.

    Machiavellian genius? I hope there is some kind of reasoning behind this that is a lot better than this looks.
