buy back at .005; then issue at .004

LIO; Lion (formerly Kalrez Oil); they recently bought back shares at .005 (announcement of completion 22/12/03. (53.8M units). Announcement 8/12/03, issued 200M at .004 to raise capital.

I wonder if any Directors got their shares purchased back at .005 and then will repurchase some at .004. If so (Im not saying that it is happening - but hypothetically speaking - if so, then that would mean the company is funding this margin and they reap a nice profit) I am aware that the number of holders of shares was also reduced from 5828 to 2979. However, it would be nice to see a statement from the directors, that they did not sell their share at .005 and intend to buy back at .004; this would surely be a conflict of interest and not good corporate governance.
PS For some reason Hotcopper does not recognise LIO as a valid ASX symbol - so have used KRZ
