Of course MTS would like to buy back at a low price. Could they have instructed brokers to push the price down, using borrowed stock, with the intention of buying back later? In any case the price is being pushed down in dribbles....and I am wondering why . The company is doing pretty well, despite losing a big client. However that should have been reflected in the recent fall.
Obviously there are other points at play.
