I went back and read announcement made by ZFX on the 24th of February 2006 where it announced that it extended its "buy back" campaign to 29 December 2006.
That is, it had until 29 Decemeber in which time frame to purchase the shares.
Instead here we are in July and it has completed its entire buyback. This implies that ZFX does not see its shares going below these levels we are seeing at the moment.

Also, you will see from the announcements that in the last week it stepped up the daily number of shares it was buying back. In fact it the last 2 days before today it bought back on each day about $3 mil worth of shares on each day.

Good timing?
Coincidence?
I reckon these guys definitely knew what was coming today and they know what is yet to come. Smart mangement in my view.

Once I saw this happening on Tuesday I tripled my exposure. And am happy I did. I am not selling til 14.50. This is a long term hold for me.
