The orginal ann. was made on 18th Feb 2005, where ZFX announced they were going to buy back $70M of stock.

Now of course at the time ZFX stock was trading at $3.05, so even thinking that the stock might double I think the management would have have thought they would buying back around 18-20M shares. The rapid rise of the stock limited the buyback to only 13,088,717
shares.

Given that ZFX should have surplus cash available, there would be little doubt that they will start another buyback on the release of the full year profit on Aug 24.
