    Buy back loan at a discount like the suncrop?s at 60c at a dollar with a new loan. So the actual loan payment and therefore interest been reduce by that 40% for that suncorp loan.

    same with the cba's loan. 80c at dollar. borrow new loan to pay it off and effective reducing the loan by 20%.
