    Why does not company to increase the buy back volume to improve current share price?

    If not, does company WISH that share price will go down further? That is nightmare for current share holder.

    If not, It will expensive to buy back when share price goes up. That will not be good for company.

    Buy now to push share price back to $.90

    I do not understand the policy
