Yes I cant believe they can get away with that. A few months ago we had a CR at 7c. That should have been the minimum now for a buyback now. The higher of 7 c or the 5day VWAP would have been fair and reasonable. Why doesn't ASIC or ASX investigate these matters. This is clearly a prejudicial act against minority shareholders who have supported the company for years with CRs.
