Yeh the 2,485,339 shares held by Bellero constructions.

Explanatory notes outline the cost as being Nil. Effectively the shares get cancelled without cost to the company, the only financial costs being the lost revenue if I read it right. the company doesn't need this cash as accounted for in their financial report.

they only add up to a small percentage of total shares.

seems ok from where I sit... any one else have different feelings?
