Thanks Warren, you may have given me a lesson here.
I thought reported volumes - as in what we see on a broker site, ASX or AFR share tables were the actual on market traded volume with Chi-X trades linking in with ASX TM to give the complete picture. If Chi-X trades do not show up in those commonly read reports then the traded volume figures that many would work off are corrupted.
Yes, I just quoted what I saw on broker site/AFR share tables. Is it necessary to seek out other traded volumes (Ch-X) to get a full picture every day? If yes where would one go to look up those additional trades? Many thanks if can shed some light.
