As per PortfolioPlus and LuckBeatsSkill comments the buyback is on pause during the blackout period.
For most companies the blackout period runs from the end of the reporting period, 31 Dec in this case, until the date the HY results are announced.
Similarly a blackout period runs from 30 June until the FY results are announced.
However there may be exemptions eg for REP Reit the buyback pause only relates to 4 weeks prior to the HY or FY results are announced.
