Wow 38cents - with 58% scale back. I reckon there's a whole bunch who don't want to hold when listed in the UK. Given Peter Gammell and Ned own ~40% between them (of the 97M outstanding prior to the new raising) this means fully 40% or so of shares wanted out! (with scale back...we had 10million bough back with 8million or so scaled back) - so 18million shares out of the 60million or so 'free float' were tended at 38cents or below...this isn't even taking into account shares tendered above that price.
