What you have failed to grasp is that comments that are true cannot be smears.

Even if you consider comments to be negative, they cant be a smear if they are true.

If you understand that, you may understand what a smear actually is.

If those same comments were false, then the process would be a smear.

You seem to argue that if you feel any comments are negative then they are a smear.

By default, if you accuse my posts of being a smear,then you accuse me of stating untruths. Its pretty simple really.
