Any Tom, Dick and Harry can open a USD account or any other of the major currencies if one so wishes. KAR treasury will no doubt be smart enough to keep sufficient USD at hand or at call to pay for USD expenses and the OZ pesos to pay local cost. If they think they can play the exchange rate game and make a buck I'm sure they will as well.
