    Yes give them an incentive - but prove it over time - not just give away the option of 20m shares

    What is the strike price & when is this determined

    Whats the approval process

    As I see it - no real experience to run IDG atm - you just need to get the best rate of interest from the banks !!
    We should wind it up & move on
