I agree the Div was lower than expected, Dalgliesh spent most on lowering debt. The Div was 5c a couple of years ago and there has been some bottom line improvement since then. Massive moves on cleaning out the dead wood at senior mgt level will help this company turn around.
I was thinking that RCR held back on the final Div so that they could give back an interim div, but now the cards are on the table for the buy back.

I think the SP will fluctuate with the wimms as usual for a while yet.
