Whats become of the buy back?? Is the stock overpriced?, Have they run out of cash? Do they expect the price to go lower??

I would think if everything was ship shape, share price going to $1 within the next @10 months or so and imminent ann of big purchase, that buying there own shares at these levels would be a done deal......why are they holding off??
