    I'm tipping the NTA @ Dec 31 to be around 44c...which means that on a SP of 57c the market is ascribing a 13c a share value to the goodwill of the business model. I personally don't think the biz is worth that and I doubt if Tim will be chasing this price in a buy back resumption.

    I suspect a few retail shareholders are tipping a higher div payout and hence a higher div yield. Personally I'd be surprised if they pay much over 2.5c ff on FY13 results.
