I think we're missing the fact that shortly after they said they had a good start, they also said that they bought yet another asset and that's where the problem is. As soon as they come up with some good outlook, they go out and spend even more money. I would speculate that the undisclosed sum they spend for that latest dish would have put back any plans to become cash flow positive for yet another few months. For each potential dollar of income, they happily spend 2 until there's nothing left and then they just issue a few million shares.
Said it before... Without solid results this stock won't go anywhere. Spikes, yes. Substantial movement, no.
I speculate that the 2nd half result will be the same as the 1st half. Running a loss as usual because they keep buying instead of saving. They may have managed to become profitable without the "dish deal" but that won't do much to increase the share price.
