I've pondered a few scenarios. I don't think they'd just choose to stop without reason so assume it's due to can't and not won't.
We have Crown Mountain, the court case or Talleys investment (amoung others) as known events that could potentially halt the ability to continue the buy backs. Seems to be a never ending churn at current levels. Someone sizeable continues to chomp away at the sizeable sell down. Even if it's something negative around the court case the possibility of an outcome might provide a positive in that an outcome is known.
Time to place your bets I reckon...
