The Banks hold the cards wrt ELD.When the refinancing is set I reckon a condition will be--"no ELDPA dist." Same as PXUPA/PPX.
Both PPX and ELD have plenty of problems,and the market is pricing the prefs on a belly up scenario.The market is not always right though generally that's the way to place one's bet.Just one persons view!
