i like the idea of on market buyback ... every year.. a constant flow of buying would create upward momentum in the stock and attract buyers on a technical basis and have a much larger effect that just reducing the SOI. even if its something modest like setting aside upto $5m for buybacks each year.. would still leave room for a small divi barring growth oportunities
