What if you sell and book the hefty loss at an opportune time and buy back in a couple of months later. At least you'll get a decent tax break/return to reinvest.
I'm no advisor, but that's what I'd do and have done in the past.
BCN management, to me, seems decent, but this M.I transaction appears to be tricky to get into BCN's ownership.
