Hence "when funds are available and there is nothing on the market ready for a deal (and we know that Ida is currently and we are more than patiently waiting for news) and when the price is right.
Just adding options for the statement of the consolidation which I am not sure is best, regardless management have their ideas on buy backs, they will occur.
