I am a bit surprised at the pessimistic views recently expressed on GPT. I agree that the acquisition does not look great, but its only around 10% of the existing company (I think). Doesn't GPT have strong fundamentals, great sales expected again in june, lowish PE, increasing value of timber due to China, tax rulings all obtained, great management, wonderful distribution channels etc etc. Looks all right to me.
