    2011 - $3.90

    2013 and following to 2018 - 3% cumulative on the previous price

    AUD - a constant 90 cents for the life of the model

    Gold - I forecast C1 cash costs (which takes the gold revenue as a credit in the production cost) and use the latest forecast provided by OZL, which is 90c US. I use this for the life of the model
