Loll kranky... Exergen rejected AGL terms and Decided to go to mnm? Lolll that's the funniest thing I've heard this year.. How about the delay in the jv signing between exergen and mnm was due to exergen trying to get in with agl but now that agl owns Loy yang and the carbon tax has started agl made clear to exergen that their tech was not worthy and wasn't in their consideration so exergen had no other choice but to resort back to the sh@ty quality coal at BM.. And now you have your jv that's years from fruitation.. Could that be y kranky??? Could it? All IMO offcourse lol.. Surely does sound likely don't you think bogs? How bout u BR?? Lol good luck to you all.. I can't believe the statement that because of better rail and port at BM it substitutes for lack of quality in the BM coal lol.. What a joke!!
