Does anyone know why it's moving so much? they've removed some of their immediate cash problems, but i just don't see where all the upside is. They've already licensed away the only thing they could - the hep c drug. And their patent is still undergoing US reexaminatoin, meaning it's unenforceable there - so no licenses will be coming soon. They mention that the HIV drug will start trials this year, but its already late oct, if theres a trial starting in the next two months, there should be some news about that. have they lodged the appropriate regulatory docments? They shouldhave by now. Wonder what's really going on?
