Buy coal when sentiment down

Coal plants booming globally with plenty being planned ...

Massive proven resource......issue is funding.....with teetering promises very close...and delayed....directors set at much higher price

Issue for holders or potential holders...buy now and funding keeps getting delayed....ie..the trapped sydnrome

Or buy when funding comes through and pay and enormous premium

Im in for a parcel....
