While QMN have lots of resources, pending results and good upside its going to take a while for the bad smell to dissipate from the office.
The market is skeptical (rightly so) of previous decisions and missed milestones and this will hold back the share price, ultimately if the releases and news keep coming in a more professional manner then the share price will begin to more properly reflect this.
It was a little disconcerting that over 3 million shares were brought at around 4.9 cents per share with unusually large bids waiting on the buy side in the morning 700,000-1,000,000), a tidy little profit if these were sold back into the new buys after the announcement - hopefully just a coincidence and not a leaky ship.
