david I just take the view that if thay do a 50/50 JV and the partner funds development, the mine is capable of 30 to 40,000 ounces pa.
So if NWR share is say 20,000 ounes and they can make $400 an ounce profit, then the market is going to bid the price back up to 30c pretty quick
Since I am a gold bull I'd say they will be making more like $600 to $800 an ounce profit, $10 million a year cash flow so a market cap of $60 to $80million not unrealistic, and I dont think they will need to issue many shares to get there if they JV
of course there are plenty of ifs and buts. Still the risk is very low for a potential 10 times return. Really when you look at the market cap of this stock, its just ridiculous, crazy , nuts. thats when I like to buy juniors!
