All that needs to be done is to have a look at ARQ's chart over the last year.
No technical analysis needed here.
Just see how many bounces ARQ have had from sell offs. They all turned out to be "dead cat" bounces.
At this stage I'm not convinced ARQ's current upwards move is any different ... but I'm hoping...
